Here’s an up-close look at both serene properties. We went to The Liney Moon with a group of girlfriends a few weekends ago and we’ve named the property Best Girls Trip Destination 2016.

The Stellar House is great for a group because of the big kitchen, living area, covered patio w/ picnic tables, fire pit, outdoor bar & TV, and fenced in pool.

We love the funky and fun decorations in The Stellar House. You can’t help but get in the party mood.

We love the kitchen dishes and decor, which makes you feel at home while making you feel pampered at the same time.

The house sleeps 27 people! And the beds are uber relaxing!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

What a brilliant idea this is! There’s a hutch of tshirts and other souvenirs that you can purchase on the honor system. Our group bought a load of t-shirts.

The General Store is a converted house. This kind of operation is highly encouraged in this developing town. If you create a business in Carlton Landing, no one else is allowed to create the same type of business.

You can rent a golf cart for a day and ride around the property and enjoy all the beautiful fall colors. Right now, there are around 140 homes built in Carlton Landing.

You’ll find animals in the town, like these adorable donkeys, that live with a lamb and a few dogs.

The architecture is very unique in Carlton landing and repeated throughout the property. For example, this is the entrance to the pool, but that design is also on the top of the pavilion area. The same style is used here as you’ll see in Seaside or Rosemary Beach, Florida.

The sun radiantly shines through the fall foliage for fun-filled days and sunburned cheeks in the town of Carlton Landing. Residents love this authentic, laid-back lifestyle.

The farm is a new project at Carlton Landing. The reason for the farm is to supply guests/ residents with fresh fruits and vegetables for their tables.

Carlton Landing is a growing town where you can buy the cottages (many are Texas residents who weekend there, especially from the Dallas area). This house in Carlton Landing was already in the Christmas spirit. About 75% of residents now are weekenders.
