Are you ready for a new favorite brunch spot, Texas? Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is waking up early every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at two of their Texas locations (The Domain, Austin and The Woodlands, Houston) to serve you a delicious new menu — one that you won’t soon forget.

Fleming’s Sonoma Sunday Brunch menu has lots to offer the veteran bruncher; from fresh seasonal berries (with the most delightful housemade cream to top them off) to one of the chef’s prix fixe selections, featuring entrees such as a house smoked salmon omelet or Vintner’s buttermilk fried chicken. Or opt to start out with the house burrata salad with a refreshing Fleming’s Sonoma Sparkler, a signature passion fruit mimosa. Then move on to a hearty, unique filet mignon eggs benedict, the perfect combo of potato cake, steak and sauce.

Their brunch menu has plenty of family-friendly options as well, including crispy chicken and waffles (the perfect amount of crispy and sweet), Sonoma County Pancakes with housemade lemon-ricotta, and their custom omelet (we recommend jack cheese, country sausage, and avocado) all washed down with their sweet raspberry lemonade or a perfectly prepared cappuccino.

Finish your Sunday Funday off on a sweet note with a Sunday Sundae, Beverly Hills flourless chocolate cake, or crème brulee. The Sonoma Sunday menu items range from $4.95 to $29.50. Stop by their Houston or Austin location this Sunday for a tasty reason to wake up early (or amble in around lunchtime).
