Austin’s ever popular fast-casual burger company, Hat Creek Burger, recently opened its fifth restaurant at 3210 Esperanza Crossing in the Domain Northside. After serving thousands of burgers in their original 2008 food trailer, Austin dad and former Longhorn, Drew Gressett is a founding partner of Hat Creek Burger. Gressett opened the first brick and mortar Hat Creek Burger on Burnet Road and later opened three more restaurants in Westlake, Georgetown and Round Rock. Hat Creek Burger Company loves bringing this family-friendly establishment to the Domain Northside.

“We are thrilled that Domain Northside has welcomed us with open arms,” said Gressett. “Our goal has always been to serve the entire family with exceptional food and friendly service and we hope to bring this to all who live, work and play at the Domain.”

Known for Angus beef burgers, gluten-free chicken flashers, homemade fermented pickles and specialty shakes, Hat Creek Burger loves sourcing local.

From Vital Farms and Cuvée Coffee to Nolan Ryan Beef and Hot Dang Veggie Burgers, guests know they’re eating quality food anytime of the day.
