Make Your Own Fiesta Medal or Papel Picado

It’s not Fiesta without decorations! Using art supplies available at home, create custom-made papel picado to adorn your rooms using tissue paper, glue and string, or challenge your little ones to fashion their own Fiesta medal using construction paper, markers, paint or colored pencils.
