Whether a family reunion, friends gathering, or celebrating your special day, the Ranch House at Camp Hideaway is the ultimate getaway to share some incredible moments and memories with loved ones.
Camp Hideaway is a place for your own personal peace. Relax in your own sanctuary, secluded on 25 beautiful acres, located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Sometimes you need to get away from the city, and this picturesque Ranch House is the perfect place to do that.
It’s so perfectly picturesque that lots of weddings happen here. This venue with the views can accommodate up to 200 guests (inside) for dining and dancing. These panoramic views make for a flawless ceremony backdrop that will surely be a memorable one for years to come. It’s incredibly spacious and elegant, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – sleeping up to 8 guests. The house is fully equipped to fulfill all you need for your Fredericksburg getaway. When I say Camp Hideaway has it all, I mean ALL.
The outside patio area has a grill and spacious table to grub on that delicious barbecue or steaks you decide to make. There’s a couch and TV on the other side of the patio for relaxing, so you’ll never miss the game. We all know it burns up here in Texas during the summer months (sometimes even the fall and winter months!) Take a plunge in the cool pool, hot tub, or get cozy by the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. As for more fun and games, play a competitive game of golf on the putting green (golf clubs and balls provided), toss some horseshoes, or show off your bean bag throws.
Enjoy some nice coffee or a glass of wine on the front patio porch and sit back and relax on the rocking chairs. (There’s even fishing poles so you can do some fishing out here). Let the beautiful 360 Hill Country views surround you, taking in the greenery and blue skies. Immerse yourself as one with nature. Listen to the birds chirping, cows moo-ing, lambs baa-ing, coyotes howling, crickets chirping, and deers frolicking through the grass.
The living room is beyond spacious with its high triangular ceilings. It’s perfect for families to gather and watch some TV or play games for family fun night. (There’s a fireplace as well to keep warm in those colder months). The color tones in the living room are very neutral, with light beige couches and Texas accents like antlers on tables and corkscrews in bowls.
The full kitchen is very beautiful with white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. (It will surely make you want to cook!) The two big ovens are perfect for getting your family dinner going, and of course there’s a coffee maker to start the day.
All rooms have their own bathrooms and stand in showers along with flat screen TVs. One of the guest bedrooms has a nice nook area where you can sit and read your book while looking out towards the Hill Country views. The master bedroom leads out to the backyard, so you have access straight to the hot tub or pool. Whenever you make s’mores, there’s also some firewood to get the fire started. There’s another door in the bathroom that leads to an outside shower in case you wanted to rinse off from the pool, or even snap some photos cooling off!
