If you’re a fan, be sure to check out one of their Texas tour dates this month: July 26 El Paso, July 29 Dallas, July 30 San Antonio and July 31 in Houston.
Snoop Dogg – Coolaid
July 1st
Snoop Dogg is back with his fourteenth album, and fans will be thrilled to learn that the album is as innovative as ever. Five years after his last hip hop album, Coolaid features well-known artists such as, Wiz Khalifa, Too $hort, Swizz Beats, E-40 and more. This project’s lineup may point fans to believe that Snoop’s new album will take us back to his earlier laid back rapping days, along with album art that’s akin to his earlier albums like Doggystyle (1993) and The Last Meal (2000). It’s guaranteed that once you take a sip of his Cooliad, you’ll be hooked for good.
The Avalanches – Wildflower
July 1st
Much like Blink-182, fans have been restlessly waiting for the release of a new album from The Avalanches. Finally after 16 long years, a new album has arrived. The feeling of being young, wild and free is the inspiration behind The Avalanche’s new album, and freedom is exactly how the album elludes. The album is interlaced with simplicity, with song titles like “Colours” featuring Mercury Rev’s Jonathan Donahue, “Subways”, and “Frankie Sinatra” featuring Danny Brown and MF BOOM. Wildflower is sure to take fans back to a time when they had no care in the world.
Kenny Chesney- Some Town Somewhere
July 8th
Kenny Chesney is back at it again with his seventeenth country album scheduled for release on July 8, 2016. From the man who declared that no shoes and no shirt is no problem, Chesney’s already hit single “Noise” continues to question the world’s social values. Some Town Somewhere will no doubt evaluate Chesney’s thoughts on the state of the world we live in, and give fans another reason to sing at the top of their lungs. Expect some familiar sounds throughout the album as Chesney used many of the same musicians that played on The Big Revival, his previous release.
