Model and actress Andi Saks captivates audiences with her stunning beauty and undeniable talent.
Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Andi’s passion for fashion and entertainment has led her to pursue a successful career in both industries. From gracing the runways of fashion shows to lighting up the screen in front of the camera, Andi Saks is a rising star to watch. With her Texas charm and determination, there’s no doubt that this talented beauty is destined for even greater success in the years to come. We had some time recently to talk about her successful journey.
“Breaking into modeling wasn’t easy. I didn’t fit the typical mold. But I persevered, believing in my uniqueness. Rejection stung, but I refused to let it define me. With grit and determination, I attended auditions, castings and poured my heart into every opportunity. Slowly, doors began to open. I embraced my personality and charisma, showcasing my authenticity. Challenges tested me, but I pushed through, proving that success isn’t about conforming to standards, but about staying true to oneself. Now, I’m living my dream, a testament to resilience and unwavering self-belief.”
Although modeling for Andi began with a rocky start, it became a memorable and worthwhile adventure with some special moments. “One of the most unforgettable experiences in modeling was when I found myself in the Dominican Republic back in 2015, surrounded by a hundred other incredible, smart and stunning women from all corners of the globe. It was like stepping into a sisterhood of kindred spirits, all sharing the same fiery passion for fashion. I felt truly honored to be a part of such an inspiring group of individuals. We laughed, we bonded, and we strutted our stuff on the runway, creating memories that will last a lifetime. It was a whirlwind of glamor, camaraderie and pure magic.”
Even though Andi has traveled extensively as a model and has settled in California, she will never forget where she came from. “Living in Texas was an experience unlike any other. The wide-open spaces, the friendly people, and the sense of community – it’s something I’ll always cherish. I love the Texan spirit, the down-to-earth vibe, and the delicious barbecue that you just can’t find anywhere else. And let’s not forget those endless blue skies and those breathtaking sunsets. What I miss most about Texas? Definitely the warmth, not just in the weather but in the hearts of the people. There’s a sense of home and belonging that you can’t quite replicate anywhere else. Texas will always hold a special place in my heart.”
After gaining some experience in modeling, another passion began to rise – acting – and she quickly discovered she had to strike a balance between the two. “Balancing modeling and acting is like juggling two of the most exhilarating rides at once. Both are incredibly fulfilling in their own ways. Modeling lets me express myself through fashion and creativity, while acting allows me to dive into different characters and tell compelling stories. I don’t think I could choose one over the other. They both fuel my passion and drive me to keep pushing boundaries in the entertainment industry. It’s all about finding the right balance and embracing the excitement of both worlds. So, staying grounded in the whirlwind of the modeling and acting world is all about keeping things in perspective. I prioritize self-care, whether it’s spending time with loved ones, indulging in hobbies, or simply taking a moment to breathe.”
As a trilingual actress (English, Italian and Russian), Andi shines the most when expressing her special language skills. “Being trilingual adds an extra layer of versatility to my roles. I adapt my language skills to suit the character and environment, immersing myself fully in each role’s linguistic nuances. Whether it’s English, Italiano, or Russian, I embrace the challenge and bring authenticity to every performance.
“To continually improve my language skills and enhance versatility as an actress, I immerse myself in diverse cultures, practice languages regularly, and seek out challenging roles that require linguistic flexibility. I also work closely with a language coach and embrace every opportunity to learn and grow. It’s all about staying open-minded, pushing boundaries, and never being afraid to step out of my comfort zone.”
In her most recent role, Andi plays a Russian intelligence agent in the movie, “Mission From Outer Space 2037″, which premieres on May 26. The movie is written and directed by multiple award-winning director, Shawn Welling, and stars his award-winning four-year-old daughter, EmmaRain, in the lead role. It also stars a host of other actors such as Lee Majors, Tom Sizemore and Tom Vera. “Co-starring in “Mission From Outer Space” was an exhilarating experience. Playing a Russian intelligence agent challenged me in the best possible way, requiring me to dive deep into the character’s background and mindset. It was a thrilling ride from start to finish.
“Acting with EmmaRain in “Mission From Outer Space 2037″ was an absolute joy! Despite her young age, she brought so much energy and natural talent to the set. It was inspiring to see her fearlessly embrace her role and deliver such authentic performances. Working with her was a reminder of the pure magic of storytelling and the power of imagination.”
As our conversation began to wind down, Andi shared her long-term goals and advice for others who are wanting to model and/or pursue a career in acting. “As for my long-term goals and aspirations in the international modeling and acting industry, I aim to continue pushing boundaries and taking on diverse roles that inspire and entertain audiences worldwide. Whether it’s through captivating performances on screen or making a statement on the runway, I strive to leave a lasting impact. My plan is to keep honing my craft, collaborating with talented individuals, and seizing every opportunity that comes my way. Ultimately, I aspire to be known not only for my talent but also for my authenticity and passion for storytelling.
“For aspiring models and actors, my advice is simple: stay true to yourself, work hard, and never give up. Embrace rejection as part of the journey, and use it to fuel your determination. Believe in your unique qualities and don’t try to fit into someone else’s mold. Surround yourself with supportive people who believe in your dreams. And most importantly, keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and never stop learning and growing. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but with passion, perseverance, and a sprinkle of luck, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.”
