The fact is that some of the foods you have on a daily basis may have more benefits to your health than you would have ever imagined. Studies show that organic dairy has 62% more healthy omega-3s than non-organic dairy. And if you’re afraid of the amount of fat found in dairy, don’t be afraid to reach for the low fat options. However, let it be known that recent studies have shown that the fatty acids found in cheese have been shown to have promoting effects on metabolic health.

Now that you know how easy it is to eat healthy, don’t be afraid to commit to healthy eating. It only takes a few changes in upping the quality in everything you eat, whether it’s dropping a few more dollars on a real chocolate bar or spending a bit extra for organic dairy.
