As temperatures tumble, our thoughts turn to comfort food. And what’s more comforting than a great mac ‘n cheese? Join us as we take a look back at some of the sheer deliciousness on offer during the 2017 Austin Mac and Cheese Festival, held in November.
Greenhouse Craft Food served up smoked Gouda; with the season addition of pumpkin seed it made for a gorgeously sumptuous sensation for both your eyes and your mouth.
Based in downtown Austin, Juliet Italian Kitchen's memorable presentation of its truffled macaroni cheese dish with rosemary.
Pink Avocado Catering’s lively executive chef Brent Schumacher delighted us with four cheeses: Gruyère, Swiss, Gouda and Florentina a mascarpone with mini penne.
A richly complex cheesy celebration by Toasties Subs had the best of Spain and Italy, with mozzarella, parmesan, fontina and Marsala wine. Plus, pancetta and truffles!
With a Texas twist on mac and cheese Punch Bowl Social created a bacon mac and cheese quesadilla. It went fast!
