Located in Dallas, at the Shops of Highland Park, this gem of a restaurant will work both as a pre-and-post vacation stop.

Named after the Yucatan Peninsula hotspot Tulum, this dining getaway offers everything for the #stay-at-home-tourist.

There is holistic love with the Mushroom and Wild Tomatillo Tacos—simple yet exotic at the same time. The savory of the portobello mushroom and the heartiness of the shiitake make this a must-try.

What Chef Nico Sanchez successfully captures in cuisine is simply amazing.

The magic continues when you pair Rose Gold Rosé with the Diver Scallops. I thought it would be interesting to ask the winemaker from Rose Gold what her favorite pairing is at Tulum.

One of my favorites happens to be a standout for her as well: The octopus, which is unreal. Casey Barber, owner of Rose Gold Rosé, remarked, “I remember it being charred to perfection.” And perfection it was.

For me, each item is a standout. offering flavor and innovation. Tulum should be on your dining rotation list.
