Tommy Shuey, a Dallas native and the visionary behind 55 Seventy, has shaped the club’s success by actively seeking and implementing member feedback. “I began asking members what would enhance their experience, and I was told they wanted to enjoy great food paired with their wine,” Shuey explains. Responding to these requests, Shuey brought Chef Josh Sutcliff to the team, who has curated a continuously evolving menu that complements the club’s impressive wine offerings. Every Monday, the club’s celebrated Steak Night features favorites like Tomahawk steaks and bone-in ribeyes. The Steak Tartare has also quickly become a popular choice on the menu.
