55 Seventy, nestled in the heart of Dallas’ Park Cities, is not merely a private members’ club for wine enthusiasts; it’s an exclusive haven, a burgeoning icon in the culinary scene.

Renowned for its seamless fusion of fine wines and gourmet cuisine, 55 Seventy is poised for a grand expansion after a successful 18 months, offering its members a truly privileged experience. The planned 4,000-square-foot expansion will enhance its renowned wine cellar, upgrade the kitchen, and introduce a dedicated event space, catering to the diverse preferences of its esteemed members. This expansion isn’t just growth—it’s an evolution towards setting a new standard in luxury dining.

Named for its optimal wine storage conditions—55 degrees and 70% humidity—55 Seventy offers a membership experience that is truly one of a kind. Members revel in a five-star dining experience, sommelier-curated wines and spirits, and the unique privilege of no corkage fees on BYOB. The club’s access to over 40 reciprocal clubs worldwide, exclusive wines, and a vibrant calendar of culinary events underpin its commitment to providing an enticing world of unparalleled luxury. In addition to fine wine, 55 Seventy also serves cocktails, spirits and beer.

Tommy Shuey, a Dallas native and the visionary behind 55 Seventy, has shaped the club’s success by actively seeking and implementing member feedback. “I began asking members what would enhance their experience, and I was told they wanted to enjoy great food paired with their wine,” Shuey explains. Responding to these requests, Shuey brought Chef Josh Sutcliff to the team, who has curated a continuously evolving menu that complements the club’s impressive wine offerings. The club serves coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure every member feels valued and satisfied no matter what time of day.

Every Monday, the club’s celebrated Steak Night features favorites like Tomahawk steaks and bone-in ribeyes. The Steak Tartare has also quickly become a popular choice on the menu. Additionally, the club’s elegant spaces, particularly the enchanting garden room, provide an ideal setting for private events, combining sophistication with intimacy.

As 55 Seventy embarks on this transformative journey, it reaffirms its commitment to luxury, sophistication and culinary excellence. For those captivated by the art of fine dining and exquisite wines, 55 Seventy invites you to explore membership options and discover a world where every culinary experience is an occasion to cherish.
