Get ready to glow in one of the most fun—and unique—5K’s you’ve ever participated in: The Third Annual Saints and Sinners After Dark 5K in Hutto on Saturday, May 2!

Whether you run like a bat outta hell or float along on angel’s wings, participants are encouraged to dress in neon colors and don as many glow sticks as possible.

The charity community event-race begins at sunset at Hutto High Hippo Stadium where families and friends will gather for the NEON-glow. The route is 3.1 miles of Hutto-area roads illuminated by lights, glow sticks, even a disco-tent, along with flat street course and inspirational music hot spots along the way.

Twenty percent of the profits will go directly to CTX Ability Sports, an organization that provides year round sports for children with disabilities and their siblings free of charge.

The race is for runners of all abilities. In fact, organizers encourage participants to “run, walk, scoot, jaunt, boogie, perambulate, march, traipse, tippy-toe, skip, stroll, saunter, promenade or Gangnam style to the finish line.”

Register for the race here ….on your mark, get set, GLOW!
