This spring, it’s all about cozy layers, denim and sneakers, sneakers, sneakers

Maybe you are back in the office. Or, maybe you’re continuing to work from home. Whatever kind of life we’re living, we are all still looking for comfortable, yet chic, outfits this spring.

If you are anything like me, you want something that can be worn while running errands and cleaning up after kids. But it has to also look great on that Zoom call.

My go-to top for these occasions is always a cotton button-up. A button-up is timeless and gives us the ease of being effortlessly put together. Cotton button-ups are breathable and comfortable for the summertime. And of course, they always go well with your favorite pair of jeans.

My favorites are from Xirena, Vanessa Bruno, Frank & Eileen and Trovata. You can find these brands at some of your favorite Texas boutiques.

I’m sure you’ve been just as excited as me to see that sneakers are everywhere! There are so many styles to wear with all of your outfits. You can wear them with your go-to button-up and jeans or create a playful out by pairing them with a sundress. If you are missing the height you would gain from heels, get a platform!

Platforms are so trendy and a fun way to add that inch or two. The greatest part? You can find sneakers that fit any budget. Get a sassy pair of adidas Stan Smiths for less than $100 or grab a special pair from your favorite designer.

This is surely a trend that is going to last a lifetime and is well worth the investment.
