As we look ahead to the future of Las Vegas, the city’s rich history remains accessible for exploration. The Neon Museum offers a glimpse into the past with its collection of iconic neon signs that once lit up the Vegas Strip. Notable pieces include signs from the Stardust, the Moulin Rouge, and the famous Hard Rock guitar. Founded in 1996 and opened to the public in 2012, the museum spans a 2.27-acre site dedicated to preserving these historic artifacts. The Museum recently announced their plans for relocation and expansion in downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District with the intention to nearly triple the size of its current location.
Fans of The Godfather will love the Mob Museum in Las Vegas. The museum takes you through the fascinating history of organized crime in America, with a focus on infamous figures like Al Capone and John Gotti. Here you will find interactive exhibits, real gangster memorabilia, and a ton of fascinating details about major investigations and famous trials.
