Luxury with no limits at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All-Inclusive Spa Resort:  all oceanfront, all suites, all inclusive and now with 40,000 square feet of new dining space.

You can leave, but why?

Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All-Inclusive Spa Resort is in Cancun’s popular Hotel Zona, offering 602 suites, all oceanfront with private terraces. With abundant amenities, three lagoon-like pools and a white sand beach that runs the length of the resort, leaving is optional but not required. Boasting a Four-Star Rating from Forbes Travel Guide, the resort continues to invest in its “luxury with no limits.” It has dedicated 40,000 square feet to its Four-Star Rated Gem Spa, 40,000 square feet to its hi-tech Coral KidZ Club, and now 40,000 repurposed square feet to complement its already robust and luxurious dining options. Debuting this past summer, this dining space offers a bar and three restaurants:  an Argentinian steakhouse, an Asian fusion venue, and an Italian trattoria. Their carefully constructed blueprints meet Executive Chef Sergio Zarate’s carefully curated menus. Chef Sergio has a chef de cuisine in each restaurant that helps him lead the menu from ideation to execution.

Enjoy a cocktail!

Have a cocktail before or after dinner at the new bar that greets you as you step off the sleek glass elevator descending from the resort’s lobby. Wine Director and Bar Manager, Sommelier Alejandro Moo, has selected the wines for each restaurant and created a mixology menu to delight everyone’s palette. Wines can be ordered by the glass or bottle. Each restaurant features its own signature cocktail: Havanna’s Godfather, Chianti’s Summer in Tuscany, and Torii’s Mojito.

Watch a show

Each restaurant provides themed entertainment. Performers at Havanna take over the dance floor and demonstrate their graceful tango sequences. Tenor melodies overcome the drum beats of fork and plate at Chianti. And Torii’s guests enjoy performances that include an ancient Japanese drum ceremony, a traditional Chinese lion dance, and a time-honored sake ritual to usher in good luck, fortune, and prosperity.

Havanna Steakhouse + Club

Designed to evoke a sexy supper club, Havanna offers a robust steak menu with ten different cuts of steak, five temperature levels to suit your cooking preference, and five sauces. The menu goes far beyond steak with seafood, poultry, pork, salads, soups, and shareable sides.  Highly recommended appetizers include the Rib Eye Tiradito and the Tuna Tostada.

Torii, Asian Fusion

Offering a sushi bar and eight Teppanyaki tables, Torii offers private and shared dining tables. Meals at the Teppanyaki table include the playful but skilled juggling of fork and food with intermittent flashes of fire to delight the soul through both sight and taste. Enjoy miso soup, fried rice, a protein of your choice, and dessert. Beyond the Teppanyaki table menu and sushi bar, guests can enjoy tempura and other favorites such as Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Pad Thai.

Chianti, Italian Trattoria

In classic Italian style, the menu begins with a first course or ‘Primo,’ such as a Tuscan salad or, of course, an antipasto with prosciutto and melon, bruschetta, and Sicilian style arancini. For Secondi, fresh homemade pasta such as creamy goat cheese gorgonzola ravioli, spaghetti carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and a rotation of daily risottos such as fresh seafood, white wine, and saffron or truffle oil, and porcini mushrooms are on offer. For dessert, guests can indulge in the hotel’s interpretation of tiramisu or cleanse their palate with delicious gelato.

Continue to enjoy these dining options

The resort continues to offer several other options in its all-inclusive pricing: its Mexican marvel, La Joya and its more casual dining spots Nah K’aax on the beach, Viña del Mar, Isla Contoy, Coral Café, Bikini Beach and Pool, and the Sports Lounge. And of course, there’s always room service.

There are two elite dining upgrades available for a surcharge or as part of Infinite Club member experiences: AAA Five Star Diamond, French Mediterranean, Le Basilic and 360 degree interactive culinary journey at The Table.

Wherever you choose to dine, reserve your spot in advance. Enjoy your international culinary journey.
