Fredericksburg is a popular spot for the Totality Eclipse on April 8, but we love it year round!

Wasser Haus, a luxury cottage located in Fredericksburg, is only a couple blocks away from Main Street. The cottage has ample space for couples, families and groups of friends, with a white picket fence wrapping around the property. Its location provides prime local access to nearby restaurants, downtown wineries, and shopping.

With an open living and kitchen area, it is perfect for indoor social gatherings like movie or game nights. And with their wide front porch, a screened-in patio and a pool, enjoy a morning coffee in one of their rocking chairs or an afternoon dip in the summer months. Up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably in its four bedrooms, along with a bonus room with twin beds.

Less than a half-hour drive away from Fredericksburg resides Pedernales Cellars. Located deep in the Texas Hill Country town of Stonewall, Pedernales Cellars is a family owned and operated winery that has been sustainably making wines for nearly two decades. Visiting guests can choose between the Cellar Tour & Tasting, Large Group Tasting, or Reserve Tasting while regulars can enjoy complimentary tasting or glass with their Wine Club Tasting experience. The wide selection of wines and signature series guarantees a unique tasting experience to accompany the natural landscape and scenery that encapsulates the countryside.

In addition to their various tasting experiences, Pedernales Cellars offers events such as the upcoming Paint & Sip event and their annual Spring Vintner’s Dinner. Cheers!

Back in Fredericksburg, Vaudeville sits at the center of the bustling downtown Main Street. The three-story building features more than just a restaurant with owners chef Jordan Muraglia and artist Richard Boprae combining their passions to create an interactive space for multicultural experiences and activities. Stepping into the structure, you will find a bistro, gourmet market, wine club and art gallery, among many other amenities and spaces to explore.

Their bistro is the spotlight with a menu that includes dishes from cuisines around the world. Customers can easily find something new to try, whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth. In addition to the diverse food menu, their beverage list also carries a variety of wines, beer and other drinks to accompany your meal. Whether you are looking to grab something to take home or make a reservation to dine in-house, Vaudeville offers both.
