Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas within the flourishing 11 acre Crescent Complex lies a luxurious Lone Star landmark mirroring its stylish surroundings. Here is where you’ll live lavishly like a celebrity- just steps away from the downtown scene, including first-class shopping, elite dining, and exciting entertainment.
Hotel Crescent Court boasts 186 rooms and 40 lavish suites that represent gracious Texas hospitality. So of course, it’s a natural choice for the rich and famous, having hosted living legends like Cher, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, and more. You’ll be in the heart of the city enjoying all the action, perfectly positioned for business and personal leisure activities.
This luxurious hotel screams upscale, and is even deeply rooted in the famed legacy of the Hunt family dynasty, the late Caroline Rose Hunt – Dallas oil heiress, (one of the richest women in America). She dreamt up the magnificent hotel with hopes of renaissance vibes in Uptown Dallas. The development spurred economic growth and changed the very face of the dynamic city.
The walls have an impressive collection of furnishings and personal artifacts from Caroline Hunt’s very own collection. Today, you’ll find a 2,000 year old marble statue of the Greek god Aesculapius in the lobby, which stands at seven feet.
Luxurious Lofts & Suites
You’ll fall in love with this undeniable Texas charm. The newly-removed 186 guest rooms and 40 suites are spacious and residential in style, designed in a contemporary palette that consists of neutral tones like blush, cream and gray – creating a soothing space to bring you in a relaxing head space.
You’ll really feel at home in the spacious Loft Suite, ranging in size from 900 to 1,225 square feet. Lounge and chat with loved ones in the sitting area. Wake up in the morning and enjoy amenities like the Nespresso coffee maker. (Or walk over to the Starbucks nearby).
The private work area is perfect for tackling that work project you’ve been putting off. You’ll feel inspired while looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden courtyard and city. Walk up the stylish spiral white staircase to the second floor to relax and unwind in the loft bedroom. I loved the over-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity mirrors that light up by a touch.
Beau Nash
Your taste buds will be tempted by 13 dining establishments with many just steps from the hotel — with select dining on-site. The Crescent offers a variety of seating options for all kinds of guests – from those looking for a caffeine fix to friends sharing stories over a glass of wine or coworkers meeting for a business power lunch.
Located in the elegant lobby is the swanky champagne bar and cocktail lounge, Beau Nash. Beau Nash offers drinks, snacks, and desserts with a dash of Uptown energy. This is the heart of the hotel, as it represents the energized and inviting atmosphere, enlivened by music, the buzz of conversation and clinking of glasses. You can catch live music by local artists every Friday and Saturday night from 7-10 p.m.
Start with the Roasted Sweet Corn Guacamole that was flavorful and slightly sweet. I really loved the crispy but just-the-right-amount-of burnt tortilla chips. Out of all the shareables for the table, the Sonoma Duck Potstickers, Rock Shrimp, and Texas Charcuterie are the most popular ones. Vegans can try the Chipotle Quinoa Salad with quinoa, roasted spring vegetables, baby kale, and chipotle vinaigrette. Meat lovers, I suggest trying the Boar Ribs that consist of a black garlic sweet pepper glaze, crispy fried garlic, and shallots. The sauce is the star of the dish, making it sweet with a little spice. Wash it all down with the Sparkling Watermelon. The tequila goes down super smooth. (You’ll feel it after a couple sips).
There’s also the world-famous Nobu located in the lobby. Other notable mentions include The Conservatory, Capital Grille, Sixty Vines, Moxie’s Grill Bar and Ascension for your coffee fix.
Exclusive Luxuries at The Crescent Club
Experience exclusive luxuries by joining Dallas’ most prestigious social club, The Crescent Club. Situated on the 17th floor of the luxurious Crescent Complex’s center office tower is a private dining club that offers a bar, main dining room, rotisserie, and private dining salons for members and hotel guests.
The private dining club offers a classic setting for lavish dining and entertaining. Soak in the sweeping views of the downtown Dallas skyline while enjoying delicious cuisine from their seasonal menu that rotates every week. The Chef designs the menu around the season, so Spring will have another menu coming in.
I loved the rotisserie chicken that was super juicy and exquisite. It definitely lived up to its hype. The guests seem to love it too, as it’s been around for years; this place was basically named after it.
The main dining room’s a la carte menu is open every night on weekdays until 9:30 p.m. Enjoy Martini Mondays, Wine Wednesdays, and catch live music on Thursdays. Aside from holiday brunches there’s also Valentine’s Day dinners that are open to the public for reservations. Companies can book larger rooms for meetings or events. (Club members have priority).
Members enjoy complimentary valet, preferred member pricing at area dining establishments, as well as member rates on hotel stays and reciprocal access to some of the most exclusive private dining and health clubs around the world.
The Spa at the Crescent
If you’ve had a long hard work week, say no more and head to the Spa at the Crescent to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. The 22,000 square foot renovation of the spa and fitness center is complete with 16 treatment rooms, including men’s and women’s lounges, a whirlpool with hot and cold plunge, and relaxation rooms. Ladies, you’ll enjoy the nail salon with multiple manicure and pedicure stations.
Treatments range from favorites like the popular Hydrafacial and Hot Stone Therapy Massage to unique regiments like the Pro-Sleep Massage (which eases chronic stress and supports restorative sleep).
24-Hour Fitness Center
Keep up those fitness goals and stay motivated at the Hotel Crescent Court Fitness Center. The state-of-the-art gym offers the newest equipment and the most committed trainers. With countless treadmills, cross-trainers and stair climbers—as well as three types of exercise bikes (reclining, stationary & Peloton), you’ll never have to wait for a machine. The equipment has cables with adjustable handles to target your muscles from new and various angles, compared to standard weight machines that people have gotten tired of, and possibly use to the same grip and challenge.
Guests and Crescent Club members have access to join the complimentary group fitness classes offered six days a week at The Spa fitness room. From yoga and spin to bootcamp and pilates, you’ll feel the burn and enjoy every sweat.
The Pool
Go for a swim at the Crescent Court’s pool atop the 2nd floor – an oasis of urban cool in the heart of Texas. The pool is kept at a relaxing temperature of 85 degrees year round, so you’re free to take a dip no matter the season. Registered hotel guests and members of The Spa will revel in wonderful views of the city.
Cryotherapy at The Crescent
If you’re up for new experiences, you may be up for Cryotherapy at The Spa. It’s one of the few hotel spas to feature a state-of-the-art Cryotherapy chamber. Three minutes of this intensive cold therapy can help reduce pain and inflammation, improve skin elasticity & immune functions, and even help with a quicker workout recovery. (Believe me, you’ll need this after a session at the state-of-the-art fitness center!) You can even burn up to 500-800 calories more. Book a session during your next stay or add on to your spa service. The Spa’s Treatment Center is open to the public, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
