Experience “Wine, Dine & Jazz” at Horseshoe Bay Resort this Nov. 8-9! The event will feature multiple celebrity chefs, Grammy award-winning jazz artists, and a celebration of wine and culinary delights.
Horseshoe Bay Resort is an upscale Texas Hill Country resort located 45 minutes from Austin on Lake LBJ. It’s a favorite destination for outdoor recreation with three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf courses, as well as tennis and pickleball at the all-new Mouratoglou Tennis Center.
The Waterfront beach area offers lakeside dining, along with a full-service marina and recreational beach with two regulation sand volleyball courts.
New this year are a 70,000 gallon Floating Pool and the Splash Safari Aqua Park, a floating obstacle course.
But as the weather cools down, you’ll still find plenty of fun activities to enjoy at Horseshoe Bay Resort. Enjoy a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot on Thursday, Nov. 28, with dining on-property. A Winter Wonderland on Saturday, Nov. 30 will feature the lighting of a 50-foot Christmas Tree, horse-drawn carriage rides, photos with Santa, cookies & hot chocolate, as well as a holiday market and wine expo showcasing over 30 prestigious wineries to make holiday “spirits” bright.
The festivities for the “Wine, Dine & Jazz” Festival kick off on Friday Nov. 8 with a five-course dinner paired with fine wines, available exclusively to overnight guests and members. On Saturday, the public can indulge in celebrity chef cooking demonstrations and savor the Wine & Jazz Sunset Stroll.
Discover Texas Hill Country wines, savor exquisite dishes crafted by top regional chefs, and enjoy live jazz performances by renowned musicians including guitarist Peter White, vocalist Chris Walker, saxophonist Michael Paulo, Grammy Award-winning keyboardist Gregg Karukas, and vocalist B. Valentine.
The celebrity chef lineup will include talent by:
- Chef Jo Chan, former Top Chef contender (season 19) and founder of Bureau de Poste, renowned for French comfort food at Tiny Grocer in Austin’s Hyde Park.
- Chef Jernard Wells, award-winning TV host for “New Soul Kitchen” & “New Soul Kitchen Remix” on CLEO TV, with appearances on Food Network & Cooking Channel.
- Chef Ali Clem, chef and mastermind at the famed restaurant, la Barbecue, located in Austin, Texas.
Tickets are available here, with Saturday day passes (no accommodations required) starting at $95 for an adult and $35 for a child, along with one or two-night stay packages available.
