Distilled in Blanco, Texas, Milam & Greene Whiskey uses a proprietary yeast recipe and mash bill, and is charred and aged in casks in rickhouses across four states, resulting in an effortlessly smooth range of flavors. Ingredients  

  •       1 ½ oz. Milam & Greene Port Finished Rye
  •       ¾ oz. cherry juice
  •       ¾ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  •       ¾ oz. vanilla syrup
  •       3 oz. soda water
  •       1 cocktail dried orange or cherry for garnish

Directions

Combine rye, cherry juice, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup and shake. Don’t forget to flex while shaking and strain into rocks glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a dried orange or cherry. Bright and refreshing, this date night starter excites, ensuring a vibrant Valentine’s evening.

Directions

Ingredients

  •       2 oz pollinator sotol
  •       1 oz lemon
  •       1 oz Rosemary simple syrup

Directions

Shake and double-strain into a glass and finish with a helping of prosecco. Add a lemon twist to garnish.

Ingredients 

  •       1 ½ oz Oak-aged Sotol
  •       1 oz peach syrup
  •       1 oz lemon juice
  •       4 basil leaves

Directions

Combine all in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously while staring into each other’s eyes and strain. Garnish with a peach slice.

  •       2 oz Mexican ColdBrew
  •       1 oz cream
  •       ½ oz agave
  •       4 dashes chocolate bitters

Directions

Ingredients

  •       ¾ oz Blackland Gin
  •       ¾ oz Blackland Barrel Rested Gin
  •       ¾ oz Triple Sec
  •       ¾ oz black currant puree
  •       ¾ oz lemon juice
  •       ½ oz simple syrup
  •       Egg white

Directions

Shake all ingredients except the egg white in a shaker, then strain. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until the froth forms whipped peaks. Gently spoon over and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Socorro Tequila Blanco
  • ¾  oz Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Passionfruit Syrup*
  • 1-2 Jalapeño Slice(s)

Directions

To make the drink, dilute one part passionfruit purée with two parts water, then stir in an equal amount of sugar until dissolved. Spread Tajín on a flat surface, wet the rim of your glass with lime juice, and roll it in the Tajín to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker, muddle the jalapeño, add ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish, and enjoy.
